This bundle includes 4 packs of 4 of our 5 oz Pocket Pita.  

We take our three-ingredient dough - sprouted organic wheat, filtered water, and a small amount of sea salt - we take that naturally leavened dough and hand shape into round patties then bake. These patties pocket in two to three minutes and they are done. They are gorgeous, durable (stuffable), and if you cut them around the seam, they make a great bun.

We size them a little smaller than most standard pita because we love to toast them. In the toaster, they pocket all over again and get steaming hot on the inside.

The process is labor intensive, hand cut, shaped, and rolled into these perfect patties.
