Its outside bellows pocket expands to carry quickly needed items.  Taped seams, Diamond plate, Ripstop para-pack cloth construction and highly contoured suspension with a double adjust buckle make this the most comfortable and usable aid belt in its price range.  Fits up to 52” waist.
